PRA-Pulse FAQ
Whether you're evaluating PRA-Pulse for a corporate team, a care setting, a municipal department, or a small business, the same core questions tend to come up - privacy, what's actually detected, and how it fits your existing structure. Find those answers below, or reach out directly if yours isn't covered.
Privacy & Confidentiality
No. Employers only receive grouped, pseudonymous data at the team or department level, never individual responses, scores, or labels. The one exception is an audited support path: an authorized Confidential Care provider can re-authenticate and record a reason to reach one person, as explained on our confidentiality page.
What PRA-Pulse Measures
Anxiety, burnout, and conflict (ABC) are tracked as three distinct signals rather than one general "stress" score, since each has different causes and different responses.
How It Works
Under two minutes, on any available device including your own phone, biweekly.
Implementation & Fit
No. PRA-Pulse is designed to work with or without a dedicated HR function.
Cost & ROI
By surfacing risk before it becomes a leave, resignation, or grievance, shifting spend from reactive crisis response to preventive management.
